Circa 1930 German Art Deco Chrome and Alabaster Fixture. This exquisite fixture is very sleek. The cream colored veiny scalloped alabaster shades gives off a beautiful warm amber glow that off-sets the shine of the chrome. The small bulbous alabaster finial at the bottom softens the geometric design thus making this fixture blends well in any contemporary setting.

| Condition | The fixture has been rewired to meet US electrical standards. This fixture takes 5 base light bulbs. Each light bulb can use up to max of 60 watts. We recommend using LED lights because they preserve the antique fixtures longer. Antique chandeliers/fixtures might have to be adapted to modern houses. Please check with your electrician or contractor for additional specifics on installing antique chandeliers/fixtures. All the shades are intact and do not have any chips or cracks. There is a one shade that has a deeper vein, which is natural due to its mineral composition and may be confused for a crack, there is filler on the view to prevent breakage. The alabaster is hand carved and no one shade is the same. The chrome plated brass has some slight scratches due to the antiqueness but is in good condition. This fixture requires canopy and chain, which is not included. |
