A lovely three-arm French Empire-style crystal chandelier beginning with an acanthus leaf crown motif. The bronze frame has intricately carved ornate details of three caryatid heads sprouting scrolling leaf arms that bloom into candelabra lights. Each arm has a bronze flower-shaped candle platform that is topped with a cut crystal bobeche that gives extra sparkle. This chandelier has a beautiful, faceted crystal finial at the bottom that resembles a bezel diamond encased in a thin brass rim. Brimming with traditional glamor, this lovely Empire-style chandelier reflects a time of class and elegance which is sure to bring a special atmosphere to any room.

This chandelier has been rewired to meet US electrical standards and takes three candelabra light bulbs. Each light bulb can use up to a maximum of 60 watts. We recommend using LED lights because they help preserve antique fixtures longer. Antique fixtures must be adapted to modern homes. This chandelier requires a canopy and chain that are not included. Please check with your electrician or contractor for additional specifics on installing antique lighting. Some light scratches and patina on the brass due to the antiqueness. There have been no repairs on the bronze. All parts are original to the chandelier. There are no missing or chipped crystals. The bronze has a rich patina due to the antiqueness.
