Description
This large tasteful mid-century aubergine Murano chandelier has six undulating scroll arms holding shallow cups, a bulbous center column, and a pointed decorative bulb at the bottom bowl. The body and arms of this piece are made of translucent aubergine-colored Murano glass lined with silver. The silver leaf was incorporated inside the glass to keep the light from diffusing through the colored glass, rather, the light is kept concentrated and thus makes the room brighter. The beautiful jewel-tone glass and silver gilt adds a sense of glamour and refinement to the piece.
