These beautiful bronze sconces have two vine like braids of acanthus leaves. Acanthus leaves usually symbolize immorality and enduring life in Mediterranean countries. Each sconce has a medallion that has a woman that is holding a vine of grapes. Grapes usually symbolize wealth, abundance, prosperity and fertility. These sconces were mold made and carved by hand making each of these sconces unique and special in their own way. Perfect accent lighting for any room. Each sconce weighs approximately 4 lbs each.

Each sconce takes two candelabra light bulbs. Each light bulb can use up to max of 60 watts. Has new wiring that is up to US code and is ready to be mounted. We recommend to use LED lights because it helps preserve the antique fixtures better and longer. Antique sconces have to be adapted to modern houses. Please check with your electrician or contractor for additional specifics. Has slight small scratches due to the antiqueness. These sconces were mold made so there might be some slight imperfections but the do not distract from the beauty of the sconces. There is some patina on the bronze. These sconces have had no repairs and are complete with no missing pieces.
