This 19th-century French Renaissance Revival wine table stands on hand-carved tripod legs. A white marble top sits on top of a frieze trim that has silver leaf added to contrast the gold leaf on the rest of the base and legs. The base of the table has a floral pattern with acanthus leaves coming down toward the knees. The knees consist of Chimera heads forming floral carvings that come down towards the tripod base. Very unusual and handsome.

| Condition | The marble top is in good condition but has caught a small tint due to age along with scratches on the rim, and a nick on the top. The base of the tabletop has scratches and has splits within the sections. The gold leaf has a wonderful patina building up. The frieze trim in this piece is complete with minor scratches from age. One of the legs has been professionally repaired. |
