Condition

This fixture has been rewired to meet US electrical standards and takes 3 base light bulbs. Each light bulb can use up a maximum of 60 watts. We recommend using LED lights because they help preserve antique fixtures longer. Antique fixtures must be adapted to modern homes. This fixture can be mounted flush to the ceiling. Please check with your electrician or contractor for additional specifics on installing antique lighting. The top goes flush on the ceiling and can be lengthened by adding chain or shortened by cutting the center rod. One of the shades has a tiny air bubble that formed when the shade was being made. The nickel plated on the brass is wearing in small areas exposing the brass color due to age, however, it does not take away from the beauty of this fixture. One of the shades has a small chip that is barely noticeable on the rim of the shade. All shades are complete and have had no repairs. Overall, in good condition. We will be happy to provide additional closeup images upon request.
