There are some light scratches on the wood and some repairs have been done to the left leg of the chair. There is a small separation in the wood on the top of the frame of the chair. The chair has wooden dowel pins and pegs to attach the parts together, these are original, not repairs. There are some scuffs and patina on the leather and wood which is normal due to its age. The union of the arm rest with back of the chair are clearly visible. The chair is sturdy to sit on, however we recommend occasional use. The seat is narrow. Please review dimensions. Overall, in good condition.
